We've been known as McKenzie Books since 2004 and transitioned to the name McKenzie Services in 2016. We are also part of Amazon's SPN (Service Provider Network). Our team members have been with us a long time and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Amazon's do's and don'ts. We've built a custom inventory management system called EPIC so that our clients can easily see what they have here at any given moment, download reports and see current and past shipments. No spreadsheets! No need to input your orders into our system either. The packages arrive and our team will just check your shipments into EPIC so that you know what is here. Here is a little bit about how we work/operate to ensure we are a good fit for your processes as well: 1.) Inventory arrives at our facility. 2.) Our Intake Team will scan the tracking number for each package/shipment into EPIC (our online portal that tracks client's inventory) and then the contents/items for each shipment is then scanned into E
