Terms of Service

What Preptigo is

Preptigo is a directory and messaging service that helps e-commerce sellers find prep and fulfillment centers. We don’t provide prep, storage or fulfillment services ourselves, and we’re not a party to any arrangement between a seller and a center. Pricing, service levels, contracts and payment are agreed directly between you.

Listing information comes from the centers themselves or from public sources. We don’t verify it, and we don’t guarantee that it’s accurate or complete, or that a center is available or suitable. Rates shown are starting rates; the final price is whatever you agree with the center. Do your own checks before you choose a partner.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use Preptigo for business purposes.
• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Prep center listings

• Listings from public information. Some listings are created from information a center publishes about itself, before the center joins. A center can claim its listing, or ask us to remove it.
• Claiming. Only claim a listing for a center you own or are authorized to represent. Invitation links are personal to each center; don’t share them outside your team. We may ask for proof, and we may decline, reverse or transfer a claim, for example if it turns out to have been made by the wrong person.
• Your listing’s content. You’re responsible for keeping your listing accurate, including your services, rates, capacity and anything you say about licensing or insurance.
• Our role. We may edit, hide or remove a listing that breaks these terms or is inaccurate or misleading.

Messaging and acceptable use

Use Preptigo for genuine business inquiries and conversations. Don’t:

• send spam, bulk or unsolicited promotional messages, or harass anyone;
• give false information, or pretend to be someone else or another business;
• use Preptigo for anything illegal, including goods you’re not allowed to sell or ship;
• scrape the site or collect other users’ information, or access it with bots or other automated tools, except through features we provide for that purpose;
• try to get around security, reach accounts that aren’t yours, or disrupt the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to Preptigo, such as your listing, logo and messages. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share that content to run and promote Preptigo; for example, showing your listing in the directory and search results. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including logos. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Our site

Preptigo’s software, design and branding belong to ParagonWP LLC. Apart from normal use of the service, you may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Fees

Preptigo is currently free for sellers and prep centers. If we introduce paid features, we’ll tell you in advance, and you won’t be charged unless you choose them.

Emails

We send account emails, such as sign-in codes and security notices, and the notifications you choose. You can manage notifications in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Ending your use

You can stop using Preptigo at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@preptigo.com. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these terms, creates risk for other users, or if we’re required to by law.

Disclaimers

Preptigo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ParagonWP LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or inventory. That includes anything arising from your dealings with another seller or prep center. Our total liability for any claim relating to Preptigo is limited to the greater of $100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to cover ParagonWP LLC’s losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of Preptigo, or your breach of these terms.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, email us first; we’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, the dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll let account holders know about significant changes by email or on the site. If you keep using Preptigo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
