Privacy Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

Preptigo (preptigo.com) is a directory where e-commerce sellers find and message prep and fulfillment centers. It’s operated by ParagonWP LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you create an account

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your password. It’s stored by our sign-in provider in a form we can’t read. The one-time codes we email you are used to confirm your address, reset your password or change your email.

If you’re a seller

  • Your company name, approximate monthly volume, business models, marketplaces, the services you need, preferred states, and the centers you save.

If you run a prep center

  • Your business name, logo, description, website, contact email and phone, facility addresses and details (such as size, capacity, turnaround and the business models you accept), and your services and rates.
  • When you claim a listing: the email address a verification code was sent to, or, for a manual review, the name, role, email, phone number and note you give us.

Listings built from public information

So sellers can find prep centers before they join, we list centers using information they publish about their business: name, location, website, and business email and phone. Only the name and city are shown publicly. We use the email and phone to confirm who runs the center when a listing is claimed, and to invite the center to claim it. You can ask us to remove a listing at any time (see “Your choices”).

Messages

The messages sellers and prep centers send each other through Preptigo.

How the site is used

  • Pages visited and actions taken, such as signing up, claiming a listing or sending an inquiry, measured with Google Analytics (see “Analytics and cookies”).
  • Session recordings, made with Smartlook: how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and what’s on screen) so we can find and fix what’s confusing. Recordings leave out anything typed into forms, email addresses, numbers and IP addresses, and never show conversations or visits from claim and unsubscribe links.
  • A daily count of views for each prep center’s profile. It’s a number only; it doesn’t record who viewed it.

How we use it

  • To run Preptigo: your account, listings, search, matching and messaging.
  • To confirm that the person claiming a listing runs that center.
  • To send the emails described under “Emails”.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

What other people see

  • Prep center listings are public. Anyone can see a listing’s name, logo, description, website and location. Once a center claims its listing, its facility addresses, services, rates and marketplaces are public too. A center’s contact email and phone are never shown publicly.
  • When a seller messages a center, the center sees the seller’s name, company, volume, business models, marketplaces and services needed, as they were when the conversation started, along with the messages themselves. Neither side sees the other’s email address unless they write it in a message.

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers to run Preptigo. They handle data only to provide their service to us:

  • Supabase stores our database, handles sign-in and stores uploaded logos.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Resend delivers our emails.
  • Google Analytics measures how the site is used.
  • Smartlook makes the session recordings described above, and stores them in the European Union.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect Preptigo or its users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Emails

  • Account emails (sign-in codes, password resets and security notices) are part of having an account.
  • Notifications and weekly emails (new messages, reminders about unanswered inquiries, weekly summaries and new-center updates) can each be turned off in Settings or with the link at the bottom of the email.
  • Prep centers listed from public information may receive an email inviting them to claim their listing. Reply “remove” and we won’t email you again.

Analytics and cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

  • Sign-in cookies keep you signed in. The site can’t work without them.
  • A short-lived cookie, lasting about two minutes, passes events such as “signed up” to our analytics.
  • Google Analytics cookies tell Google Analytics which visits come from the same browser. Google receives the pages you visit, the actions above, and general information about your device, browser and approximate location. We remove private codes, such as those in claim and unsubscribe links, before any address is sent to Google.
  • Smartlook cookies link the pages of one visit into a single recording.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings to stop both Google Analytics and Smartlook. If you block sign-in cookies, you won’t be able to sign in.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account, or as long as a listing is on Preptigo. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and personal details. Conversations you took part in remain available to the other party, with your name removed. Copies in our backups are overwritten over time.

Your choices and rights

  • You can view and update most of your information in Settings.
  • You can turn off notification and weekly emails at any time.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account or your center’s listing, by emailing support@preptigo.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s privacy laws. Email us to use them. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit, and access to it is limited to the people and services that need it to run Preptigo. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Children

Preptigo is a service for businesses and isn’t intended for anyone under 18.

Where Preptigo operates

Preptigo serves businesses in the United States, and your information is stored in the United States. The exception is session recordings, which Smartlook stores in the European Union.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also let account holders know by email or on the site.
